8 oz Barilla PLUS Thin Spaghetti
3/4 cups Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
3/4 cups Peas, frozen
2 cups Spinach, fresh
1 tsp Garlic
1/2 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
1 tbsp Rosemary
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
6 oz Mozzarella
- Heat olive oil.
- Once oil has been heated add the frozen corn, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic. Cook this way for 3 minutes.
- Add in spinach, thyme, rosemary, and broth. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain pasta and mix the pasta in a bowl with the other ingredients.
- Now add mozzarella
