8 sheets phyllo
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
100 grams feta cheese
2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup light cottage cheese
1 tbsp dried dill
2 tbsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the phyllo and the olive oil.
Layer 4 of the sheets of dough in a 13 x 9" baking pan and brush each with olive oil. Sprwad the spinach and cheese mixture on top, then layer the remaining sheets of dough with olive oil.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 8 large servings.
