Ingredients

    2 cups diced roma tomatoes
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    4 (more or less to taste) fresh diced jalapenos
    4 T chopped fresh cilantro
    juice of 1 small lime and 1/2 t. of grated zest
    3 finely diced cloves of garlic
    1/2 t. oregano leaves, crushed
    1/2 t. seasoned salt

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator for use on eggs, meats, veggies and side dishes to add spicy zip to your meals. This is a staple in our kitchen.
