Banana Muffins

Introduction

Very tasty muffins. Very tasty muffins.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), melted 1 Tbsp, 5 serving

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly Grease 12 muffin cups or line with muffin papers.

2. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
