Cream of Carrot Soup *

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked carrots
    2 cups Fat Free chicken stock
    1 cup 1/2 & 1/2 cream
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1/2 tbsp ground ginger

Directions

Place cooked carrots, chicken stock and seasonings in blender and blend until smoothe. Transfer to pot on stove. Add cream and heat. Makes six one cup servings.
