Turkey Roasted Red Pepper Wrap

Ingredients

    1 Flatout Flatbread Multi-Grain with Flax
    6 ounces Turkey, Lite Turkey Breast
    1 slice Sargento Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese Slices made with 2% milk, cut in half
    1/2 cup Fresh Cut Leaf Spinach
    32 grams Cream Cheese, 1/3 less fat, Garden Vegetable
    1/4 cup jar fire roasted red peppers

Directions

Place Flatbread on cutting board. Spread with cream cheese. Layer in order spinach leaves, turkey breast, swiss cheese slices, and roasted red peppers. Roll up and slice in half on the diagonal. Serves 2.
*Also good with sun-dried tomatoes and red onion added.
