Banana-Blue Green Smoothie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Blueberries, fresh frozen, 2 cups
    Banana, fresh frozen, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Lemon, 1/4 raw with peel - remove seeds
    Organic Tibetan Goji Berries 1 1/2 Tbsp.
    SweetLeaf Stevia, .1/4 tsp.
    Xylitol, 1 Tbsp.
    Cardamom, ground, 1/4 tsp.
    Kale, 1/2 cup, chopped & packed
    Purified Water 1 1/2 cups

Directions

Makes 4 8 oz servings

Wash & stem kale, tear into bits or chop; slice lemon quarter into small bits. Place in high-speed blender with goji berries, sweeteners, cardamom & enough water to blend (1/2 cup or so). Blend until completely smooth; add rest of ingredients including water & blend again until smooth.
