Easy Chicken/Mushroom Sautee

Introduction

A very easy to follow recipe for a quick and filling dish. A very easy to follow recipe for a quick and filling dish.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Boneless,Skinless, Chicken Cutlets (Optional diced)
    Mushrooms (halved)
    Sesame Oil

Directions

1. Coat the pan with Sesame Oil

2. Take the chicken cutlets, and if you'd like dice them. If not put them into the frying pan whole.

3. Throw in some mushrooms.

4. Put Sesame Oil on top of it.

5. Cook until Chicken is browned.

6. Enjoy!!

    To answer your question, no there aren't really that many calories in this dish. The Nutrition guide is counting an entire package of chicken, as opposed to the one or two cutlets you might use to make this dish.
