Vegetarian Chili-Eat Clean

Ingredients

    1 C chopped onion
    1 large carrot
    2 teas garlic
    1 large green bell pepper
    3 Tbs chili powder
    1 can low sodium kidney beans
    1 can great northern beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    2 1/2 C low sodium beef broth
    2 teas basil
    2 teas oregano
    28 oz diced tomatoes

Directions

Chop up pepper, carrot, and onion. In stock pot add beans, all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
