Arnold Sandwich Thins (whole wheat) bun
Desert Pepper Trading Co. Salsa (corn, black bean, roasted red pepper mix - I bought at Kroger) 1TBS
Jennie-O's Lean Turkey Burger Patty
Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus 1 TBS
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
Grill or fry your turkey burgers, if you use the Jennie-O brand, 3-5 minutes per side.
Warming the bun or having cold - optional, your choice
Spread the hummus on the bottom of the sandwich bun and top with the turkey burger.
Add the salsa to the top of the burger
Spread the grey poupon mustard on the inside of the top bun.
Put everything together and enjoy!
