3 cups gramham crackers
1/2 cur suger
10 tab Smart Balance 50/50 buttery
1sm. pkg. red jello
1/2 cup hot water for jello
1/2 cup cold water for jello
12oz. can evaporated milk
2. make jello
3. melt smart balance buttery. Mix with crackers . Line bottom of 9" by 11" pan.
4. Using mixer whip. Whip milk in cold bowl tomstiff froth. Add jello to milk & continue whipping until stiff peak can be formed.
5. Pour into pan, then in refrigerator.
