Barbecue Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

    Hormel Boneless Pork Tenderloin, original flavor (27 ounces)
    McCormick Barbecue Pork Slow-Cooker Seasoning, 1/2 packet
    Ketchup, 1/4 cup
    Cider vinegar, 1/4 cup
    Light brown sugar, 1/4 cup packed

Directions

Place pork in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl, pour over pork. Cook 8 hours on high or 4 hours on low. Shred pork, add back to slow cooker and mix with sauce to heat thoroughly before serving. Makes 8 3-ounce servings.
