Ham & Cheese Muffin Quiches

Ingredients

12 large eggs
1 cup Bisquick
6 oz diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Sargento Reduced Fat)
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp half salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, spices and Bisquick mix. Set aside.
Spray a muffin pan lightly with Pam. To the bottom of each cup add some ham and cheese (divide equally among the cups). Top each cup with egg mix - they should be quite full, about 1/2 cup mix in each muffin cup.
Place full muffin tin on a baking sheet in case of spillage and bake for 25 minutes.
Makes 12 large muffin quiches.
