    Shrimp
    Kale
    Onions
    Garlic
    Olive Oil
    Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
    Brown Rice

Directions

saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. chop Kale and add to pan and saute until wilted. Add peeled shrimp and continue to saute until shrimp are done.
Serve over brown rice.
