Introduction

A light tuna salad for a hot summer day. Can also be enjoyed on a Flat Out or a Whole wheat tortilla for a refreshing wrap. A light tuna salad for a hot summer day. Can also be enjoyed on a Flat Out or a Whole wheat tortilla for a refreshing wrap.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 oz light canned tuna
    1/2 cup no salt canned corn
    1 Tbs yellow mustard
    1 Tbs light mayonnaise
    1 Tbs non fat Greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp paprika
    2 Tbs chopped onion
    1/4 Tbs Basil
    Several leaves of Romaine lettuce

Directions

Mix 2 ounces of light tuna (drained), 1/2 cup of canned corn, 1 Tbs yellow mustard, 1 Tbs light may, 1 Tbs non fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1/4 Tbs basil in a small bowl. Chill for 30 to 60 minutes and place on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
