Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup, .1/8 cup
    Canola Oil, 1.5 TBS
    Water, tap, 1 TBS
    forti-flax, 2 TBS

    Flavors
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 1/3 cup
    Raisins, 1/3 cup (not packed)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp

Directions

1-Preheat oven to 275.
2-Mix dry ingredients, minus the raisins.
3-Microwave wet ingredients for 30 seconds in microwave.
4-Add to dry mix and mix with hands
5-Spread out on well sprayed cooking sheet and bake for 30 minutes
6-Remove from oven, add fruit, mix, and place back for 15 minutes

Should yield about 250 grams of granola (with a little taste testing), each serving is 25 grams. The flavors can be changed easily as long as the base recipe is used. Also, honey can be used as a replacement for syrup. Add your flavor choices in the comments section.

I love granola, especially bear naked. I have tried to make some in the past, and have made it well, but this stuff was easy and amazing. It cost me nothing, since I already had everything. A lot of the other sparkrecipies are double the calories for the same portion, so this stuff was perfect. - 7/24/10
