Ingredients

6 Chicken thighs
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Corn Oil (or other Vegetable Oil)
1 tsp Dried Basil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Spoon over chicken in a baking pan. Bake for about 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or noodles and lots of veggies. Yum!
