2 tbsp. oil
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2. Add onions, garlic and rice to pan and brown.
3. Add chicken stock, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to pan and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
