Veggie loaded crockpot roast

Introduction

I love potroast, and by adding some super yummy veggies, I dont miss the potatoes. I add a big bowl of mixed greens on the side with a touch of dressing, and it fills me up really good! I love potroast, and by adding some super yummy veggies, I dont miss the potatoes. I add a big bowl of mixed greens on the side with a touch of dressing, and it fills me up really good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb. beef brisket
    1 packet stew seasoning mix
    1/2 c raw mushrooms
    1/2 onion, chopped into bite size pieces
    1/2 green pepper chopped into bite size pieces
    1/4 c baby carrots
    3 celery stalks chopped into bite size pieces
    8 garlic cloves
    1/4 c water
    mccormick steak seasoning

Directions

Season the meat with Steak seasoning. Brown the meat on all four sides. set aside.

In your crockpot, chop and drop all the veggies. Add water. Sprinkle w beef stew mix and stir until well coated. Top with the brisket.

Let cook in the crockpot for 6-8 hours. Makes 8 servings of tender beef and yummy seasoned veggies.
