Introduction

this is yummy for lunch with a salad this is yummy for lunch with a salad
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 pound 93% lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup carrots sliced
    1/2 cup celery sliced
    1/2 cup zuccini cut in half lengthwise and sliced
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 teaspoons mrs. dash (tomato, basil, garlic flavor seasoning)
    1 14oz. can 99%fat free chicken broth
    1 4oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

Cook turkey, breaking it up into little chunks while you cook it. Add onion and saute just for a minute or two. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery and the seasoning bring to a boil and then let simmer till veggies are almost tender. Add zucchini and tomato sauce and simmer until zucchini is done.

you can play around with the recipe and add beans or other veggies according to what you like.
