Low carb pita (60 cals and only 5 net carbs)
Light string cheese - shredded or pulled into strips
1 slice Canadian bacon cut into small pieces
1 tbs of Marinara sauce or pureed tomatoes
Place pita on cookie sheet and pop in oven until it starts to crisp.
Turn pita over and top with sauce, cheese and bacon
Place in oven about 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
Slice with pizza cutter into 4 pieces.
Makes one serving. YUM!
