Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 egg
    1 cup Milk
    1 Tbs Oil

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, stir in wet. May be lumpy- use a fork or whisk to combine.

Serving is 1 pancake.
