1 can Lump Crab, drained
8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, room temp
1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, split
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper
Mix all ingredients together (only 1 oz Parm Cheese) and place in sprayed casserole dish.
Top with remaining Parm Cheese. Bake about 10 minutes until starting to brown and bubbly. Let sit 5 min before serving.
