    Streusel Topping
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, cooked (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, .25 cup (remove)
    *Stevia, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)

    In mixer bol, lightly beat
    1 egg

    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, dry, yields (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)

    Mix until just combined.
    Set batter aside.

    Combine in a small bowl:
    Apples, fresh, 3 cup slices (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)


Place apples in bottom of greased 8x8 baking pan.
Spoon batter over apples.
Sprinkle streusel over top.
Bake 350 for 40 min.
Serve warm or cold.
