Gluten Free Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients

1 cup rice pasta
1 T butter
1.25 c Milk
2 c Cheese
1 T Gluten-free flour mix
Directions
Cook noodles to box specs. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Mix butter and flour to make a rue. Add milk and stir until it thickens a little. Add cheese and stir until melted. Put noodles in a cassarole dish and pour cheese sauce over top. Mix until all noodles covered. Bake in a 350 over for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes
