A second smoothie for those in the business of green smoothies. The flax is optional but adds vitamins, good fat, and protein. Ingredients

    2 Bananas
    1 Mango without refuse
    1/2 a pineapple (frozen)
    juice of one orange
    2 Truvia packets
    3 Tablespoons of Flaxseed
    1 10oz bag of Arugula

Directions

Blend all until smooth. Can store leftovers in fridge up to 12 hours. Enjoy
