finely chop garlic. place chopped Broccoli in a gallon Ziploc bag along with the olive oil, crushed red pepper (more or less to taste), and chopped garlic. Shake the bag around so everything is evenly coated. let it marinate out on the counter as long as wanted (i do all day) or in the refrigerator for 1-2 days but if you do have it in the refrigerator make sure you take it out 20-30 minutes before cooking so the oil has come to room tempature. When ready place everything in a 9x13 dish or a cookie sheet and broil on High for 8 minutes if you want crunchy but a little heated and crispy and up to 16 minutes for full cooked.
