Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 c. Lentils
    1 Small Onion, finely chopped
    3 c. Water
    1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    2 Stalks Celery, finely chopped
    3 Carrots, chopped
    1 can No-Salt added Peeled Tomatoes
    1 c. Mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Chop onion. Cook lentils, onion, italian seasoning and water for 30 minutes. Add celery, carrots, and tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
