Introduction

these are wheat free, and are my favourite after workout breakfast. Lots of good carbs and protein. To add even more protein, I top mine with a couple tablespoons of vanilla yogourt, and then drizzle a teaspoon of maple syrup on that. Ingredients

    I C oat flour
    1C chickpea flour
    .5 C chopped fresh cherries, or other fruit.
    .25 t of salt
    2 t. baking powder
    .5 t cinnamon
    2 T applesauce
    1C almond milk
    2 lg eggs
    1t vanilla
    to add extra iron to your diet add .25 C pumpkin seeds.

Directions

Add all the dry ingredients together, and stir in the cherries. Mix all the wet ingredients together, and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix until well incorporated. Cook in a non stick skillet sprayed with oil, if necessary.
