Cherry Oat Pancakes

Submitted by: AVOVATA

Introduction

these are wheat free, and are my favourite after workout breakfast. Lots of good carbs and protein. To add even more protein, I top mine with a couple tablespoons of vanilla yogourt, and then drizzle a teaspoon of maple syrup on that. I never thought I could pancakes without butter until today. these are wheat free, and are my favourite after workout breakfast. Lots of good carbs and protein.
