Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups romaine lettuce, sliced or torn
1 half of a large tomato, sliced
1 half a cup of cucumber slices
1 half of an avocado, sliced
2 slices of extra lean ham
half an ounce of feta cheese
juice of half a lime
1 tbsp of good olive oil
half a dozen fresh basil leaves, shredded
dash of salt
Directions
Arrange greens, vegetables, ham and feta in a bowl. In a small bowl combine lime juice, salt, shredded basil and olive oil... pour over salad and enjoy! :)
Makes one large salad to serve one person as a main course meal, or split in two bowls to serve two people as a salad course.
