Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup,
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, .5 cup
    Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Blueberries, fresh, .75 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

Soak oats in milk mixture for an hour
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Spray pan with cooking spray or use muffin cups
Combine oat mixture, applesauce, egg and mix until combined
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix
Add blueberries
Bake for 17-20 minutes
Remove from pan and cool

Makes 12 servings
