Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients


    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, sliced (remove)
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Soy Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove)
    1 Tbsp Flour
    2 Tbsp Terriakki Sauce
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed (remove)
    Bean sprouts, 2 cup (remove)
    Hot Pepper Sauce, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, .25 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Sauce - In a small bowl combine 1 clove of garlic (pressed), sesame oil, soy sauce, terriakki sauce, red pepper sauce, red pepper flakes, vinegar, flour and brown sugar - set aside for later use.

Heat a large skillet to med high, add olive oil and thinly sliced chicken breast, cook until browned (4-6 minutes) and sliced onion. Add frozen peas and carrots. Stir fry until thawed. Add bean sprouts, cabbage and 2 remaining cloves of garlic. Continue to stir fry for 2-4 minutes. Add bowl of sauce, and stir until sauce is evenly distributed. Serve promptly.
