Best potato salad anywhere. This is my families hands-down favorite potato salad. I have been making it this way for 40 years.. Ingredients

    Potatoes, boiled, cooked in skin, flesh, without salt, 8 cup, diced
    Onions, Sweet Vidalia, 1/2 Raw medium (148) grams, finely diced
    Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, sliced
    *Spanish Olives w/pimento - 6 Jumbo Olives, sliced
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .1/4 cup, chopped
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large, finely diced
    Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup
    *Mustard, Colman's Dry, 1 tsp
    Kelp Granules 1 tsp or to taste
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp

Directions

Toss everything together; add mayonnaises and mix until well combined. Chill or serve immediately; refrigerate any leftovers.
