Low Carb Crock Pot Mongolian Beef

Ingredients



    * *Hoisin Sauce, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * *Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving (remove)
    * Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * *Soy Sauce, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Flank Steak, 1 lb (remove)
    * *Brown Sugar Substitute-Sugar Twin, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix everything but beef, broccoli and onions in bottom of crockpot. Slice up beef and put in sauce. Cook for 4 hours. Add broccoli and onions the last 30 minutes.
