Mama's Sunday Roast

Introduction

This is a roast I grew up eating on Sunday mornings at my mother's house after church. This is a roast I grew up eating on Sunday mornings at my mother's house after church.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Pork Boston Butt Roast (mine was 2.09 lbs)
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    2 stalks celery cut into pieces
    .5 pkg baby carrots
    26 oz idaho potatoes cut into 4 pieces
    2 tbs worchester sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp garlic ( I used minced from a jar)
    2 cups water

Directions

place all items in a slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours. It should make 8 4oz servings.

I use any left over meat the next day to make sandwiches for lunch.
