My own salad dressing recipe

Introduction

Recipe I can use for salad dressing since can't use ready made fit (my migraine diet), this is as close as I can get to original as I can make it Recipe I can use for salad dressing since can't use ready made fit (my migraine diet), this is as close as I can get to original as I can make it
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 cup cottage cheese (I use 2%)
    1-2 Tbsp 1% milk
    1Tbsp sugar to taste (I can't use sweetener)
    Cider vinegar 1 tsp

Directions

Mix cottage cheese to make as smooth as you desire. This is included to make the dressing a little thicker. Combine rest of ingredients. Ingredients may be adjudged to taste.
PS: I realize this is probaly not to many peoples taste but I came up with it from an old recipe from my Mom's and changed to make it to fit (my migraine diet)
