18 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast
(about 3 average size)
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Teriaki sauce
1 box Uncle Ben's Long grain and Wild rice, prepared
Combine brown sugar and teriaki sauce in a Ziplock bag, place chicken in bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour to 2 days. Cook chicken completely, slightly browned. (Chicken can be cooked in a skillet over medium heat - 4-7 minutes on each side, grilled over medium heat - 5-10 minutes each side, or baked@ 400 for 20-25 minutes. While chicken cooks, prepare rice acording to package directions. Serve 3 oz chicken with about 1/2 cup prepared rice.
