Berry healthy  Smoothie w/ flax

Introduction

Delicious, Filling and energizing way to start the morning Delicious, Filling and energizing way to start the morning
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 c. Blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 cup fresh black or sweet cherries, pitted
    1/4 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen
    6 0z Stoneyfield organic plain nonfat yogurt
    1 TB ground flaxseed
    1 TB. Wheat bran
    1/2 cup flavored bottle water--(I use Propel)
    3-5 ice cubes (IF not using frozen fruit)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender (OR Smoothie -type blender) blender and enjoy.
IF you prefer it to be sweeter, add a little Splenda.
Note: I prefer to use fresh fruit, but I freeze it to get a nice frozen smoothie. But you can use fresh or frozen in this recipe
