Ingredients

    1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    1/4 of an avocado, diced
    1/2 of a tomatoe, chopped
    1 Tbsp. of chopped onion
    1/2 of a fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped

Directions

Take all prepped ingredients and mix them together. Add salt or garlic salt to taste. It's delicious, refreshing, and a healthier alternative to a traditional coleslaw.
