    # 1 1/2 tablespoons pure red chili powder
    # 1/2 teaspoon hot dried red chilies, crushed or paprika
    # 2 garlic cloves, minced
    # 1/2 tablespoon dry oregano leaves
    # 1/2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds, crushed
    # 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    # 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
    # 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    # 3/4 tablespoon water
