3 large eggs room temp
4 tablespoons of honey
6 tablespoons table cream
6 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of warm water
4 1/2 cups of unbleached white flour
1 tablespoon of quick rising yeast
2 teaspoons of vital wheat gluten
Let the bread machine do the first set of kneading and rising. Takes 1hr and 40 mins..
Take out of bread pan and let sit for 10 mins.. Next knead the dough really well and shape into a bread loaf (medium size), then shape the rest of the dough into dinner buns.
Let rise 1 hr. Bake at 350 for 25 mins.. MMMMM delicious.
You can substitute the white flour for the whole wheat, just add 1 more teaspoon of vital wheat gluten.
