Introduction

Atkins and South Beach friendly low carb pizza when you just "need" your pizza fix. Atkins and South Beach friendly low carb pizza when you just "need" your pizza fix.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 cup of cauliflower, cooked and grated
    1 cup of 6 cheese italian blend
    0.25 cup egg beaters
    0.5 tsp of italian seasoning
    1 medium tomato, sliced thinly
    0.5 cup fresh spinach
    0.25 cup crumbled reduced fat feta
    3 breakfast sausage links, cooked and crumbled
    1 drizzle of olive oil

Directions

1.Heat oven to 450 degree.
2. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Press evenly on the pan.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
4. Top with whatever you want, but for this one, I topped with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh spinach, sliced tomatoes, crumbled turkey breakfast sausage, and crumbled feta cheese.
5. Bake at 450 again for 8 minutes.
