Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 cup, chopped or sliced
Kidney beans dark red 2 cans
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 clove minced
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Green Peppers 1/2 cup, chopped
Chili powder, 2 tbsp
Jalapeno Pepper, 1/2 pepper
Season to taste with cumin, more chili powder, bay leaf, cinnamon, whatever. A dash of worchestershire is good but would make it not vegan. Simmer for a bit, then serve.
