Potato Salad ala Dawn

Introduction

We wanted a kind of traditional potato salad for a BBQ, and this was a real hit. We wanted a kind of traditional potato salad for a BBQ, and this was a real hit.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs new baby potatoes
    4 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 cup fresh peas
    1 thinly sliced sweet onion
    1/4 cup minced fresh chives

    1/2 cup light mayonaise
    1/2 cup greek style non fat yogurt
    1 TBS cider vinegar
    4 TBS pickle relish
    3 TBS seeded mustard
    4 springs fresh dill weed
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil the new potatoes with the skins on. Boil the eggs.
Thinly slice the onion.
Mix up the dressing with the mayo, yogurt, vinegar, relish mustard and dill weed.
When potatoes are cooked, cut while still hot leaving ths skins on. Add the hot potatoes to the onions. Mix with the dressing while still hot. Fole in the quartered eggs and the raw peas. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool in refrigerator for at least an hour if possible.
