Introduction

Homemade pizza dough Homemade pizza dough
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.5 cups white flour
    1 cup hot tap water
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 package of Active dry yeast

Directions

Mix 1 cup four, 1 cup water, salt, olive oil, and yeast in a large mixing bowl, preferably in Kitchen Aid Mixer! Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes on med. speed! Add remaining flour and mix until a ball of dough forms. Turn out onto a floured board. Knead til dough is good an elastic! Cover and let dough rest for 10 mins! Roll out to a the shape of pizza you want! Transfer to pizza pan. Top with tomato sauce or oliveoil and your choice of toppings! Bake 450 degrees! Makes 8 - 10 slices for a 16 in round pan.
