    1 med. stalk finely chopped celery
    1.25 oz finely chopped onion or shallot
    3.25 oz finely chopped dill pickle
    1T yellow mustard
    .5 C Hellman's/Best Foods mayonnaise
    1 fl oz fresh lemon juice

    The order of operations is inconsequential, just mix & eat. We like to measure out a half cup per sandwich and we usually add lettuce or tomato; but I've also used the same recipe to make tuna melts. Hope that helps! :-)
