Lean Pork Tenderloin (approx 28oz)
3 cloves garlic
2 T light butter
1/3 cup progresso bread crumbs-italian
salt and pepper tenderloin
roll tenderloin in garlic butter
roll buttered tenderloin in bread crumbs
drizzle remaining butter over top of tenderloin
bake at 350 for 40 minutes
