Grandmother's Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

    Lean Pork Tenderloin (approx 28oz)
    3 cloves garlic
    2 T light butter
    1/3 cup progresso bread crumbs-italian

    salt/pepper

Directions

Melt butter and add chopped garlic to butter--sautee until garlic is soft...do not brown

salt and pepper tenderloin

roll tenderloin in garlic butter

roll buttered tenderloin in bread crumbs

drizzle remaining butter over top of tenderloin

bake at 350 for 40 minutes

Makes approx 7 4oz servings.
