Chicken Parmesean Strips

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 lbs Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
    1/2 c parmesan cheese
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp ground pepper
    1 tbs dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, pepper & parsley in a 1 gal ziploc bag. After mixing, add chicken and shake well to coat. Place on non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 350* for approx 20 min, turning after 10.
