DONUTS

Ingredients

    3 LARGE EGGS
    1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
    1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
    1 1/2 CUP MILK
    1/2 TSP SALT
    5 CUPS FLOUR
    5 TSP BAKING POWDER

Directions

MIX TOGETHER EGGS, SUGAR, MELTED BUTTER, MILK.
THEN ADD 1 CUP FLOUR, 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER AND SALT MIX TOGETHER WITH EGG MIXTURE.
REPEAT THE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER 1 CUP AND TEASPOON AT A TIME UNTIL ALL THE POWDER IS GONE.
ROLL OUT DOUGH A LITTLE AT TIME AND MAKE INTO DONUTS. COOK IN CRISCO LARD UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ON BOTH SIDES.
