    * Oats, 3 cup
    * *Flax Seeds, ground, .5 cup
    * *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, .5 cup
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Greek Style Non-fat yogurt ( Trader Joe's), 2 cup
    * *Trader Joe's Organic Blue Agave Nectar (1 tbsp), 4 serving
    * *Trader Joe's Creamy unsalted peanut butter from unblanched peanuts, 8 tbsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * **Trader Joe's Pound Plus Dark Chocolate Bar Imported from Belgium (1 Serving = 3 squares/ 38 grams/, 2 serving
    * Dates, 1.5 cup, pitted, chopped
    * *Any Whey Protein Powder, Flavorless, 4 serving

Directions

Mix all the dry ingerdients
Mix all the wet ingredients
Combine, you may need to use your hands because the mixture is very think
Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes
